Why Brandywine?

Garden lovers like us love to frequent places full of vegetation and lush greenery. I mean, how could we not? While some dream of blooms on the other side of the planet, our very own State Botanical Gardens proves that there is lots to be seen closer than some may think. Therefore, we are planning a trip to Brandywine, PA, a slice of heaven on the East Coast to see a variety of flora that is not too far from home.

Philadelphia

Prices & Details

Trips Dates: June 18th – June 23rd/25th, 2023

• Total trip cost (without travel insurance): $4679 for single occupancy. For double occupancy, $3997 per person.
• Deposit: $900 per person is due by 2/15/2023.
• Final payment: is due by 4/10/2023.

Trip is limited to 40 participants. Reservations are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must register to claim your spot.

Extensions are available – ask for details if you are interested. The aforementioned extension that is already possible would be an extra weekend in the Philadelphia area. Further extensions on top of that are available as well. 

Prices are based on a minimum number of 25 passengers.  If the group does not meet the minimum of 25, the option will be extended to cancel without penalty or pay a supplement for the reduced group size.

Your arrival and departure transportation is dependent upon arriving/departing with the group.  If you arrive/depart on different dates/times we can assist with arrival departure transportation, but it will be at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to April 1oth, 2023: Forfeit Deposit of $900/person

From April 10th – May 14th: Forfeit 50% of the total trip cost

On or after May 15th: Forfeit 100% of the total trip cost

We strongly encourage you to consider Travel Insurance to protect your financial investment as well as medical coverage while traveling.

Please note, you are not officially confirmed until you have registered and we have received your full deposit payment.  

Once you register we will contact you with more information and answer any additional questions you may have.

We are expecting this trip to fill up, please register as soon as possible.  Once we are full, any registrations will be placed on a waitlist until all deposits are confirmed.  Your place in line is based on your registration date, so register early by filling out the information below.

Deposits will not be due until February 15th, but if your deposit is not received by that date, the people on the waiting list will be able to claim your spot.

Payments may be made by check or any major credit card. Checks should be made out to “Global Escapes”.
